A serious question has come up in the case related to singer Zubeen Garg’s condition before his death. New details are now creating doubt and concern. These details point to a troubling allegation that the medicines prescribed for the popular singer were kept hidden for two nights.
According to sources linked to the case, Amritprabha Mahanta had allegedly hidden the medicines that Zubeen Garg was supposed to take. It is claimed that the medicines were not handed to him before the show. These medicines, as per doctors had to be taken every day. The report says that for two consecutive nights the medicines were not given. Because of this, Zubeen Garg’s health may have slowly deteriorated.
The allegation first came to light when witnesses claimed that Zubeen Garg consumed alcohol that night. After he consumed alcohol, the medicine was still not given. People close to the incident say that the situation was ignored and nothing was done to give the prescribed medicine to him. Sources add that the medicines were intentionally kept hidden.
It is also claimed that the event organisers were not aware that Zubeen Garg had not taken the medicine. They reportedly believed that all arrangements were in place. Meanwhile, two other individuals, Siddharth Sharma and Shekharjyoti Goswami were said to be present at the location during the time when the medicines reportedly went missing.
Medical professionals had earlier advised that the singer should take the medicine every day without fail. This instruction was meant to safeguard his health and to make sure that no complication arose during the performance schedule.
