Digital breakthrough in Zubeen case, SIT recovers deleted footage

In the ongoing investigation into the untimely death of singer and actor Zubeen Garg, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) has reportedly recovered video footage capturing his final moments. The breakthrough comes after days of meticulous forensic work by the SIT’s cyber experts.

According to official sources, the video footage had been deleted from the devices but was later retrieved through advanced forensic analysis. The recovered videos were found on a mobile phone belonging to Amritprabha Mahanta, as well as on another electronic device seized during the course of the investigation. The content of the footage is said to provide crucial insight into the circumstances surrounding Zubeen Garg’s death.

The SIT has maintained that the investigation is being conducted in a thorough and legal manner. “Our team is leaving no stone unturned. Every piece of evidence, including digital data, is being examined carefully,” said a senior SIT official.
